Zume Builders specializes in building Custom Stick Built Homes, ADUs and Prefabricated New Homes in the Bay Area Peninsula. We further specialize in Massive Renovation and Addition Projects in the Hillsborough and Burlingame Areas. We started building ADUs well ahead of the big demand of 2020 (due to Covid-19 restrictions). While the ADU derived its name from the "in-law unit" in 2020/21 it was commonly built as a home office in the backyard due to Covid-19 restraints. Demand for the ADU continues to grow into 2027.The ADU is also great for rental income as it is an immediate return on investment! We aim at exceeding client needs and expectations. As highly diversified technicians of our trade, we are known for providing top quality finish work to each customer's satisfaction. Our communication channels are always open—our relationship with our clients begins on the first day of contact, and only ends once they’re fully satisfied with our work. Further, we use the latest project management technology that is readily accessible by all our clients from day one.
