JIMMY W. CAI

 Co-founder / Chief Operating Officer 

Jimmy is a licensed general contractor with over fifteen years of experience in the residential and commercial construction fields. He also grew up in a family of knowledgeable carpenters. Jimmy has worked on numerous custom new houses, challenging house addition, and remodel projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He is also very knowledgeable with new cutting edge construction management software, such as BuilderTrend. Jimmy further has kitchen design and building materials procurement experience. He enjoys traveling to near and distant locations, and try unique cuisine from all over the world.  He is married with two daughters. He is fluent in Chinese and English, and Jimmy holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from SFSU.
