Our Story
Zume Builders was founded by three professionals with who shared one simple belief: building should not have to be stressful. After seeing firsthand how homeowners can struggle with unclear pricing, poor communication, unexpected changes, and unreliable contractors, we knew there was a better way to build. We are proud to provide among the most comprehensive bids to our clients via a software platform that both insures estimation accuracy (so we do not miss items that result in change orders later) and full transparency / legibility for our clients. Our estimate ends up to be the client's master template when they compare bids (so called, apples to apples). As such we earn trust rapidly with clients. Equally important, each partner provides a tremendous skill set and jurisdictional know how (basically, we have done projects, over and over and over) so this takes the pain away from all our clients).
